Hi! Today I will finally make Curry, Jajang Dumpings!

First, you need to know the precautions you need to know before you make food!

 

 

First of all, of course, you should always be careful of knives and fires. Never move or fight with a knife and be careful not to get near the fire!

 

 

Second, always watch out for hygiene!

 

Lastly, you have to clean up your mess! It's important to make the food delicious, but it's also important to finish it neatly, right?

I am going to tell you the ingredients that I used for cooking Curry, Jajang Dumplings! The ingredients are:

Dumpling wrapper

A quarter of an onion

250g of pork

Half of tofu

A half handful of scallion

 One leek,

One egg,

1.5 big spoons of soy sauce

One teaspoon of minced garlic

30g of sugar,

Little of black pepper

, 1 big spoon of cooking wine,

A half handful of Chinese noodle

30g of curry powder,

30g of Jajang powder,

A little of water.

First, boil the Chinese noodles for 10 minutes!

Wash it with cold water several times after boiling the noodles to retain its chewiness

Now, we need to prepare the ingredients that will be added into the dumplings! We need to slice the leek very thin, but if it is hard, first cut it in half vertically

(the long way) and then slice it into pieces.

I didn't take a photo of it, but at this point. you need to use a cloth to squeeze the water out of the tofu.

If you had neatly chopped the ingredients

First, add one teaspoon of sugar onto the meat!

Now pour 1.5 spoons of soy sauce(양조간장) but you can just add 3 spoons of

soy sauce(맛간장)!

Then add a spoon of oyster sauce,

and a teaspoon of mashed garlic!

Add the previously prepared vegetables, noodles, and eggs into the

In both of the separated mixture, add curry powder

and 30g of Jajang powder!

After mixing all of them together. add appropriate amounts of the mixture in the dumpling rice wrapper to make a pretty shape.

When done, add water to the steamer and when the water boils, add dumplings, and wait for 11 minutes!
