Today, I prepared ingredients to make roasted Jjamppong Tteokbboki! First of all, like I said before, making roasted Jjamppong Tteokbboki is not much different from roasted Jjamppong! The big difference is on the noodles and rice cakes! First, in order to make roasted Jjamppong Tteokbboki, you need rice cake, which is the main ingredient. There are two main types of rice cake: Flour cake and rice cake. Among them, I decided to make roasted Jjamppong Tteokbboki with flour cake.

Next is the important seasoning of roasted Jjamppong Tteokbboki! The taste of this food depends on the seasoning. These days, there are many ways that we can have seasoning but, I am going to make the seasoning by myself. The way to make Jjambbong seasoning is simpler than I thought!

First of all, what you need to make the sauce is chili powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and black pepper! However, if you want a more spicy taste, you can add a little clear strained rice wine.

Next, I am going to prepare Seafood and Vegetables that come to mind when you think of jjambbong. First of all, materials are anchovies, tangle, shrimp, squid, carrots, onions, cabbage, green onion, chungyang red pepper.

Tangle and anchovy is usually used when to make soup. However. some people are putting grind anchovies, and some people are just putting in a whole. Why do people usually put anchovy in a whole?  Because It's because the smell is strong when you grind it in. On the other hand, if you put the whole anchovy in, it is light and the color of the soup will be clean. That's why many people put anchovies in a whole.

Tip here! For those who think buying anchovies and tangle is a hassle or too much to buy them! These days, there is a stock teabag! It is easy to make the taste of anchovies and seafood.

Lastly, chili oil will be used when stir-frying it with vegetables and seafood, but if you don't have it, you can make chili oil simply by putting cooking oil, garlic, red pepper powder, and green onion in a pan and heating it over medium-high heat!
