Hi, today is my 9th blog. After Curry, Jajang Dumpings, today I am going to introduce about  cream cheese chocolate cupcake!

 

First of all, I need more ingredients to make cream cheese, chocolate, and cupcakes than I thought.

 

Not all snacks are easy to make just because it is not a meal, but there are some people who think baking is easier than cooking.

However, baking is very difficult than people usually think.

For example, macaron is a popular snack that is known to be difficult for people to make these days.

It is small, cute and sweet, but it is so easy to crack the part on the outside of a macaroon. So, Even people who are good at cooking are saying that it takes a long time to practice to make the macaroon perfect and pretty.

 

Actually, I like macaron too much so I enjoy it often. If I have a chance next time, I want to make macaroon and eat it!

 

Now, I will explain the ingredients for making cream cheese chocolate cupcakes!

 

Cream cheese chocolate cupcakes require:

40g of crushed oreo

20g of melted salt butter

125g of cream cheese

25g of sugar powder

175g of nutella

4g of cocoa powder

50g of chocolate

35g of whipping cream

 

Also, if you have vanilla extract at home, I recommed you to put some in it! But if you do nott have vanilla extract, you can add vanilla sugar and vanilla oil!
