Hi! Let me introduce my sixth blog today! Following the stir-fried spicy Jjambbong Tteokbokki, I decided to cook my second dish with curry and black bean dumplings!

First of all, curry and Jjajangdumplings are not the kinds of dumplings that many people see commonly. Nevertheless, I decided to make curry and black bean dumplings. I'm very excited about what kind of food is going to be produced. Let's look at the ingredients we need to make curry and Jjajang dumplings.

First, to make curry and Jjajang dumplings, the first things I need are dumpling wrapper, onion, pork, tofu, scallion, leek, egg, soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, black pepper, cooking wine, chinese noodle, curry powder, Jajang powder, water.

The dumplings contain basically meat and vegetables inside the dumpling wrapper.

However, I'm going to mix the meat and vegetables with curry and Jajang sauce and steam them together!

The way to make the original dumpling is to mix it with all purpose flour

(중력분), glutinous rice flour, white of the egg, salt and cooking oil and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour or more, make the dough long and cut it to the right size, and spread it!

However, if you want to make a perfect circle of dumpling wrapper, you can spread it out and cut it with a cup or a suitable frame. Then, you should put starch powder to prevent it from sticking to each other

If you're tired of making dumplings with more ingredients than you thought, I recommend buying dumpling wrapper at the mart!

When I make curry and jajang dumplings, the most important thing is the dumpling shape.

I think there are two main shapes of dumplings! Please choose which of these looks are good! Also, if you have a better idea, I hope you can recommend it!
