Hi! Today I will finally make roasted Jjambbon Tteokbokki!

First, you need to know the precautions you need to know before you make food!

First of all, of course, you should always be careful of knives and fires. Never move or fight with a knife and be careful not to get near the fire!

Second, always watch out for hygiene!

Lastly, you have to clean up your mess! It's important to make the food delicious, but it's also important to finish it neatly, right?

We are going to make roasted Jjambbon Tteokbboki today. Ingredients for making roasted Jjambbon Tteokbboki are rice cakes, carrots, zucchini, green onions, mushrooms, shrimp, stock teabag, soy sauce, cooking wine, red pepper oil, black pepper, red pepper powder, sesame seeds:)

Before you start cooking, you should wash and cut the vegetables and rice cakes in advance! There are many ways to cut vegetables.

For carrots, it is good for salad, to use crescent-shape cutting and cutting (깍둑 썰기) is suitable for curry soup, stew, and sided chop is suitable for use in grilled meat(불고기) or Chinese cuisine!

How to cut is free, but I used a crescent-shape cutting among them!

But! I did a sided chop for the green onion:)

When the ingredients are finished cutting, put the stock in the pot!

You can make broth by putting tangle and anchovies in it, but I'm going to use broth teabag.

Inside the broth teabag, there were anchovies, tangles, and shrimps. I recommend you to use the broth teabag because it is easy to get at E-Mart and convenient!

Many people may be confused about when to turn off the fire, but the broth teabag should be brought out within 3 minutes after the water boils.

The reason for the quick relief is that if you boil it too long, it will smell fishy!

Next, stir-fry shrimp and vegetables while the broth is boiling!

Before stir-frying, put red pepper oil around first.

The reason why I used red pepper oil to give a spicy flavor that is easy to taste in Chinese Sichuan cuisine:)

Next, add the minced garlic!

Next, stir-fry hard!

Stir-fry it until it looks like this!

Add the cooking wine to catch the unpleasant flavor

Next, add the vegetables and stir-fry them, but when you stir-fry the vegetables, you must put in the hard ones first!

And the reason for that is because to finish cooking hardf ones and soft ones at the same time.

Add rice cake! If the rice cake was in the fridge, you know that you have to soak it in cold water to melt it, right?

고춧가루.png

Add 1 spoon of red pepper!

After putting chili powder put soy sauce.

Originally, we have to use soy sauce(맛간장), but if you don't have it, you can use another soy sause (양조간장)! However, add 2 spoons of soy sauce(맛간장).On the other hand, we have to put only 1 spoon for another soy sause(양조간장) because it's more salty!

Finally, put the green onion up:)
