Hello! Today is my eighth blog!

Today I will introduce my third dish which is cream cheese chocolate cupcakes!

So far, the foods I made were closer to the main food rather than the snacks. This time, I will try to make a snack that I can eat one at a time whenever I feel like it:)

Nowadays, it is very hard to see cupcakes because they sell more slice cakes than cupcakes at cafes.

 

So I thought that I want to make cream cheese chocolate cupcakes!

In fact, before I made strawberry cream cheese cupcakes and the reaction of people who tried the cupcakes I made was good. Also, I wanted to try a chocolate version of strawberry cream cheese cupcakes with this opportunity!

 

When people hear the word cupcake they think of a round shaped bread in a muffin wrapping paper cups and they are sometimes dry.

 

However, I will make cupcakes that would be soft enough, you can eat it like tiramisu because it will be made using cream cheese! I will be using plastic cups instead of muffin wrapping paper in order to maintain the shape.

 

Until now, I made food that had to be eaten on the spot. I wasn’t able to preserve it otherwise it wouldn’t be the same taste. So, I will make a dessert, so that I can bring to school for some of the students to try! I hope the people who will try it will enjoy it! Thank you for reading!
