Hello, this is my 13th blog! So far, I have finished cooking once every 3 days, but I have only 3 blog posts left. During the last week, I have to make my own recipe book, which is the purpose of this project, so I only have two weeks left to post blogs. So this time, I'm going to make a simple and delicious salad!
In fact, I have a salad that I bring to school every morning, and my classmates were curious about it! So I decided to make a salad this time!
It's easy to make, and it’s healthy!
First, shall we learn more about salad?
There are a lot of people around me who don't like eating a salad than I thought.
Everyone said that it's better to eat meat than grass, I couldn't understand why.
But you can put meat in your salad, too!
Chicken breast!
Chicken breast is so low in calories that many people love putting in salads!
That is why many people eat chicken breasts when they are going on a diet!
Actually, the reason why I ate salad for the first time was because I wanted to go on a diet, but it was hard for me to eat just a salad with vegetables, and my friend recommended chicken breasts and fruit, so I put it in my salad and tried it!
It was so delicious that I think I will be eating a salad even though I’m not on a diet
I can see a lot of kids in my class going on a diet.
So I hope they don't starve and go on a healthy diet!
