Hello! Today, I will introduce my second dish! I am going to make curry and Jajang, my favorite foods. Curry and Jajang are one of many people's favorite foods because it is easy to make and so delicious! So these days, even if you go to a mart, you can buy curry and Jajang sauce easily. However, it would be too staleness if I buy make simple curry and Jajang right? So, I decided to mix one of my favorite foods, dumplings, curry, and Jajang to make curry and Jajang dumplings! These days, there are many people who like to eat dumplings, so many dumplings are being sold. Among the most famous dumpling houses, there are Silbi dumplings, Boyoung dumplings, and Wonbo dumplings.
Silvi dumpling (실비만두) is very famous for its spicy flavor. That's why some people call it "crazy dumplings." I haven't tried it yet, but my friend review was so good but she said she doesn’t think that she can eat it twice. However, for those who like spicy food, I recommend this dumpling!
Second, Boyoung dumpling (보영 만두) is a dumpling house with many layers of mania. The dumplings in this house are also really famous, but the strongest point is that they are very crispy on the outside and
chewy on the inside!
Here's the tip! In fact, Boyoung dumplings and also jjolmyeon (쫄면) are famous and delicious, and if you eat them together, it really feels like you have all the happiness in the world:)
Lastly, I will introduce you to the dumpling house, Wonbo (원보), which is famous for its Chinese style dumplings. People say the big, rich juices are fantastic, and that's one of the things we shouldn't miss….
There are so many dumpling houses and many kinds of dumplings are being made. So, I wanted to let more people know by putting curry and jajang, which are loved by people. Especially, curry is Indian food, and I wonder what it would taste like if it were mixed with dumplings, and I think it will be a good way to get a wide variety of flavors easily for Indian people who don’t usually taste dumplings!
